Territory Sales Manager - Bank (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Build excellent sales team, efficiency sales promoters management
- Manages and accountable for the success of all Sales Projects.
- Ownership of Sales Process in territory (Lead, Apply, Guide, Implement and Audit)
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory bodies
- Communicate and adopt 'best practices" - sales & marketing in Territory.
- Drive sales excellence and customer focus
- Clearly define the "work flow" process of the Sales Team in Territory.
- Develop effective partnership / alliances with all level of the value chain (farmers, key influences, retailers, dealers) to maximize market coverage and customers access, and to generate optimum sales revenue.
- Manages Dealers and Retailers
- Merchandizing product at retailers, dealers, etc.
- Complain Handling Management
- On-time Collection / Credit Policy
