Location - Mumbai (Onsite)

Work days - 6 days (Monday off)

Job Highlights:

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager - B2C who will drive business development for our software application products and solutions. This role requires a proactive and motivated individual with a knack for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Required skills:

- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and/or the regional language.

- Empathy: Understand the field sales as the demos need to be given at the societies.

- Agility: Ability to change according to business requirements.

- Motivation: Demonstrate a positive, 'can-do' attitude. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

- Growth-driven: Keen to grow as an individual.

- Should be comfortable working on weekends (Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off between Mon-Thursday (probably Monday off).

- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.

- Hands-on MS office excel, word & PPT etc.

- Should have a 2-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license.

Qualifications:


- Graduation in any field.

- 1-5 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate and promote product features, emphasizing their value to prospective clients.

- Meet with committee members of housing societies to understand their needs and expectations.

- Identify, educate, qualify, and generate interest in sales opportunities.

- Onboard new residential communities onto the platform, ensuring a smooth transition.

- Research potential leads through market exploration, web searches, and other digital resources.

- Maintain and exceed sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
