Territory Sales Manager - B2B - Hotel Chain (4-10 yrs)

- As a Territory Sales Manager, you will help the company to onboard new corporate clients who will use the company's hospitality services and you will drive revenues from new and existing clients.
Key Responsibility:
- Establish company's brand as the most preferred brand for corporate budget stays pan-India
- Leading a team of corporate sales manager/executives and offline agents to deliver monthly room-nights, account addition and revenue targets
- Attract, retain & manage growth of teams within your designated territory
- Meeting and developing relationships with Key Corporate Clients via meetings and event engagements.
- Responsible for growth, maximizing revenues and handling expectations of Key accounts within the designated territory
- Role involves reporting directly to the Regional Manager/City Manager & easy access to the Co-Founder, unprecedented professional growth and attractive compensation/benefits.

- Prior experience in B2B Sales
- Team Handling Skills
- Approachable and friendly
- Should have a flair for sales and in convincing customers
- Dynamic and open to challenges
- Aggression and persistence in building a high-value client pipeline and extracting more revenue month on month.
- Fluency in English
