Territory Sales Manager - Automotive (2-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities-
- Formulating & implementing sales strategy to meet top and bottom line target for the region; selling vast range of products
- Analysing market trends/ requirements, collating Market Intelligence reports and thereby chalking out measures to counter competition
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing value added services like awareness programs on safety, product & consultation other than addressing their complaints, product support & service
- Managing dealers and assets utilization under the region; developing new dealers and monitoring the offtake level of existing dealers
- Developing strong market knowledge of existing & potential clients
- Ensuring that business growth opportunities are aligned to company's strategic plans
- Providing high standards of on-going training (product) to sales executives for presenting information on the company's products in an accurate and balanced manner
- Formulating forecasts on volume, colour requirements of the zone
