Territory Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager - Projects - Construction/Chemicals & Waterproofing (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for sales of Company's products to directly Infrastructure projects
- Well aware of technical & commercial aspect of Company's products like Construction Chemicals & Waterproofing.
- Helping the customer to choose right product.
- Visiting project sites at the time of any mock up or field trials & for negotiation to finalize orders.
- Responsible for preparation & submission of techno commercial offers & negotiations with clients
- Be responsible for the markets & strategic accounts input to contribute to the preparation of quality business plans for the construction chemical business.
- Work with Supply Chain to ensure customer satisfaction, meet agreed targets, Complaint resolution
- Regular meeting & PPT presentation with clients, contractors & consultants for enlistment of Company's products for their projects.
- Responsible for compilation of state wise data base of projects thus to plan movement & deployment of manpower.
- Responsible to achieve sales target & control over all the receivable like overdue payment & sales tax form etc.
- Providing product training to sales team to get better output.
- Participate in Business meetings to help give the Business team an overall idea on the market scenario, forecasts & any other market related intelligence
