Territory Sales Manager - Agri (2-5 yrs)
- Immediately looking for Territory Manager for a leading Horticulture company. Need a Agri Graduates, hardcore sales person with a prior exp. in Agriculture or Horticulture companies. Key Responsibilities area as follows:
- Responsible for implementing the given sales plan.
- Develop and manage the sales efficiently.
- Apply new marketing strategies and solutions to meet sales targets.
- Collect customer and market feedback and report the same to the manager.
- Establish, maintain and expand the customer base and the sales target.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams.
- Build and increase customer relationships to understand their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, expenses report and realistic forecasts to the manager.
- Always keeping track of competitor activities and new changes in the market.
- Always be passionate about customers, focus to understand their needs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Must represent the company's Vision, Values & maintain good Brand Image in the market and in front of the customers.
- Prepare & present sales plan for the given territory & make strategy to achieve target.
- Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience required in agri-business marketing & sales, preferably in hi-tech horticulture.
- Must have the exp. and awareness of the Agri market, Farmer behavior & Geographical/Horticultural map.
