Territory Sales Manager (6-12 yrs)
- We are looking for TSM- Territory Sales Manager professional for a leading US Based Company, Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities : Territory Sales Manager
- Identifying & appointing quality distributors and dealers in assigned territory
- Handling a team of 3-6 Field sales officer
- Meeting planned monthly sales target
- Mentoring, training and directing team of sales officers
- Assigning territories to FSOs
- Driving secondary sales growth
- Willing to travel out of station for 10-12 days in a month
- Devise effective & efficient method for territory sales growth
- Reporting both primary & secondary sales done by FSOs
- Conducting plumber meets
- Effectively engaging with influencers like plumber, contractors & architect
- Overseeing the activities and performance of FSOs by setting individual sales targets & tracking daily sales goals
- Maintaining market disciple & hygiene in channel partners.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products
- Maintaining data of dealer network of assigned territory.
- Competition mapping & tracking activities
