Roles & Responsibilities :
Sales :
- To onboard new customers through efficient handling of trade and control channel (Fleet of promoters and distributor manpower)
- To achieve tertiary recharge sales and Gross Prepaid targets
- To work on agenda and drive penetration of DTH and Bank Business
- To set up right distribution for a dominant service edge vs our competition
- Prepare action plans for the various teams for a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in coordination with the Marketing team so that effective team execution and objective of walk-ins and closures for the site is achieved.
- Client acquisition, retention, enhancement will be a part of the KRA.
- Be responsible for end to end sales : Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management.
- Sales Manager is liable for the all performance of the team and achieve the liability for which they are liable.
Service :
- To ensure that all distributors are engaged
- To ensure that customer is on-boarded in a smooth and hassle-free manner
- To extract business from the territory
- To own network coverage and quality in the allocated territory.
- Resolving the customer issues and queries on time
- Controlling the outstanding and strong follow up with the customer for collections.
- Selling value added services to the customer and increasing business
- Immediate response to any customer requirement
Team Management :
- To onboard, train and manage Field Sales Executives
- To onboard, train and manage Urban and Rural Promoters
- To analyze and decipher all MIS reports for appropriate actions.
Required Skills :
1. Good communication skills
2. Should be comfortable with field sales
3. Must be a graduate
