Territory Sales Incharger - Auto Parts Manufacturing Firm (10-15 yrs)
Hiring Territory Sales Incharge for one of the Motor Vehicle Manufacturing leader with 60+ years of successful existence.
Location : Varanasi & Prayagraj (Allahabad)
Responsibilities :
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities
- Ability to map the market and create new business opportunities
- Good Connect with Customers (retailers and Mechanics)
- Maintaining strong and healthy working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
- Selling skills : to retailers and mechanics/Jodidars - Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services.
- Team -Player : Willing to train other team-members, guide, motivate and provide support to them.
- Target orientation : Motivating Sales Representatives to achieve sales quotas and evaluating their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales quotas.
- Monitoring competitors : sales activity within an assigned territory.
- Discipline in attendance and market visits.
- Willing for extensive traveling and updating records to track daily/weekly/monthly performance via different modes.
Qualifications :
- Should have a good market connect in Varanasi & Prayagraj area.
- The market connect should be with major retailers, dealers and distributors dealing in automotive spare parts for Trucks, Tractors, 3W and Cars
- The person should have minimum 10 years of proven sales track record
- Good experience in team management, team building and high performance capabilities
- High integrity and good and positive energy are important.
- Motivated attitude with skills of training team members, Good into team management/team building and high-performance capabilities
