Territory Sales Incharge - Sales - FMCG (1-8 yrs)
Urgently Require #MBA candidate who have minimum 1 year of FMCG Field Sales Experience for one of the Top three FMCG Brands in India.
Any Male or Female / Age Criteria: 23 - 28 year.
Location : Pune / Nashik (Education or Experience Should be from Mentioned Location)
Position Vacant : Territory Sales Incharge
CTC : Rs. 3.50 lpa to Rs. 4.00 lpa, plus Performance Pay
Other Benefits : Performance Incentive, Bonus, leave, etc.
Qualification Required : Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks in aggregate with Full time PGDBM/MBA
Experience Preferred : Having FMCG Sales experience of at least one year.
Job Description :
1. Distribution Management in the assigned territory for the assigned business line.
2. To handle distributor issues and to certify claims.
3. Achieve sales targets territory wise and product wise.
4. Ensure distribution process for the assigned territory, and achieve distribution parameters like retail penetration, visibility, etc. guiding distributor salesman.
5. Management of sales promotion and other activities in coordination with distributor/agencies.
6. Appointment of distributors for distribution expansion/replacement as required.
7. Implementation of Distributor Management System package at Distributors and review.
