Description:

Our manufacturing company is seeking a Territory Sales Incharge to join our team. As the Territory Sales Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing sales in a specific geographic region. You will provide leadership to a team of sales representatives, build relationships with clients, and ensure that sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives in the assigned region.

- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to develop and grow the business in the territory.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales growth.

- Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives for the territory.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales representatives and provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

- Monitor and ensure that sales targets are met, and report on sales performance to senior management.

Requirements :

- Candidates with a background in handling the sales of Industrial paints, welding industry(equipments, abrasives, safety products), powder coating paints, painting equipments, Adhesives, powdercoating equipments, Touchup paints (industrial).

- Bachelor's/Master'sDegree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales management role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.

-Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
