In Market :
- Visit the prescribed number of retail outlets for sales everyday
- Do a quick shop check and store/godown check for the retailer
- Rout wise Coverage Plan
- Range Selling
- Identify the Key Retailer, Wholesales, Horeca, SKS Outlets
- Inform the retailer on the schemes appropriately after checking the sales pattern
- Evaluate the stocks of the retailer with his previous bills to prompt retailer to make orders.
- Take the orders in the mobile device.
- Verify whether the previous orders have been delivered in full. Take feedback and action appropriately.
- In case of any product complaint, inform to ASM immediately. Action based on ASM advice.
- Close the sales call appropriately
- Collect competitor data if any and note down for feedback to ASM
- Merchandising work
- Inform the retailer the next visit and leave contact detail
With the Distributor:
- Handover the booked orders for the day to the distributor
- Regularly FIFO Checking in the SP Point
- Concentrate on Slow Moving Products in SP Point
- Check the delivery status of previous day orders or any other pending order.
- To verify the stock level in the distributor point and communicate to ASM for primary reorder.
- Check target Vs achievement of distributor and inform ASM on weekly basis
