Territory Sales Incharge - Building Material (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
The Territory Head Sales oversee sales operations, promotes playground equipment to schools, parks, municipalities, and other institutions, and builds strong customer relationships. The role includes developing strategic sales plans, achieving targets, leading a sales team, and aligning with company goals
Responsibility:
- Achieve sales targets and maintain relationships with top clients (Architects, Schools, and Corporates & HCR).
- Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and project oversight.
- Appoint and manage dealers, ensuring performance and payments.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and minimize outstanding payments.
- Address complaints and gather feedback through site visits.
- Identify new prospects, network, and convert clients.
- Monitor competition, adjust strategies, and deliver presentations.
- Submit daily sales reports, follow up on dispatches, and manage interstate client visits.
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and handle client complaints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in sales.
- Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
- Familiar with the educational and business environment in these regions.
