Territory Sales Head - Disposable Tableware/FMCG (3-5 yrs)
Job Brief :
- We are looking for a Territory Sales In-charge who helps in increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within the assigned territory.
- With this role, we seek outstanding sales skills. We expect the candidate to be an excellent communicator who understands the market &customer requirements. The candidate need to be goal driven and analytical minded.
- The candidate needs to ensure our clients are happy and search for ways to grow our sales.
Key Responsibility :
- Work towards the increasing the Company's profitability through sales within the assigned territory
- Maintain healthy client relationships
- Set self-goals and work towards achieving them
- Ensure efficiency in the sales processes
Role Profile :
- Contribute with Sales to achieve the AOP set by the Company.
- Plan effective territory sales and marketing strategies with the Regional Sales Head and execute the same.
- Maintains relationships with clients and distributors by providing support, information and guidance.
- Awareness of the market trends and competitors.
- Discover sales opportunities through market search and survey.
- Monthly present the territory situation. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Person Profile :
- Excellent communications skills (Engligh, Hindi & Tamil)
- Proficient in MS Office, familiarity with Zoho CRM portal will be an added advantage
- Field sales experience is mandatory
- Willingness to travel within the territory
- Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in FMCG Industry segment - disposals segment preferred
- Vehicle (Two-Wheeler) is mandatory
