Job Description :
- Appoint & Maintain Distribution Channel.
- To manage and deliver sales in a specific geographic area as per agreed targets basis the business plan.
- Business Development & target achievement in the assigned territory
- To develop the business of a designated product group through a set of retailers in the territory
- Implement schemes and other business development activities in the territory
- To achieve set targets
- Ensure proper service to all retailers
- Map small projects in his territory and ensure the range is sold into these projects.
- Education : Graduate (Any stream) and MBA
- Total Experience (Only relevant sales experience) - 6+ years
- Age : 29-34 years
- Business Handled : Rs 1.5 Cr- 2.5 Cr per month
- Star Performers
- CTC not an issue if meeting the above criteria
