During the initial phase of Go To Market, the candidates on boarded will have the under mentioned responsibilities to deliver -
1. Drive sales through the appointed distribution/retailer network in Delhi and NCR for the pulses brand
2. Appointing new distributors/retailers for market expansion will be a priority
3. Support and work with existing distributors to drive secondary sales
4. Visit appointed retail to check market pulse and collect feedback monthly
5. Provide the POS for necessary visual merchandise
6. Plan and organize activation as per the need for retailers/distributor
7. Work market regularly following a beat plan
8. Build relationship with the channel partners for seamless trade execution
9. Handle distributor grievances
10. Weekly reporting on sales and MIS. Monthly reporting, planning on executions, numbers and strategy
11. Significant component of the KRA would be towards collections
The desired candidate -
1. 2-6 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably staples or dairy
2. Understanding of distribution channels
3. Experienced in distributor/retailer handling
4. Experience in activation/BTL
5. Must have worked in NCR
6. Should be dynamic as the role would require local travel and aggressive negotiations
