- Report Maintenance
- Sales Employees, RMs.
Sales and Marketing :
- To Achieve assigned over all sales targets for the year. Achieve expected growth in sales over last year-
- To achieve assigned sales target for Non Agri for the year. Achieve expected growth in sales over last year-
- Conduct maximum customer meets ( category wise), plant visits, plumber workshops
- Appoint new dealers for more market penetration. Appoint new sub dealers
- Enroll maximum retailers under FPRS and try maximum qualify for FPRS scheme
