Territory Sales Executive - Building Material (3-6 yrs)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for area performance as per targets defined
- All account management - Lead / Enquiry, specification / tech closure, quote, sampling / demo, negotiation, order won
- New lead management and conversion to opportunity
- Distribution management
- Specification management with facade consultants, profile system cos, architects, builders for on-going and upcoming projects
- Machine installation, service, AMC / Hardware PMU tests approval / Customer complaints addressal & resolution at factories & sites - Self / with TSIE
- Providing sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
- Maintain relationship with clients.
- Provide all the Technical Support to the Client as and when required.
- Also provides technical expertise and advice to clients.
- Resolve customer's complaints.
- Takes timely feedback from the customers and work towards improving the product.
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
- Accomplishment of department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Experience - 3-6 Years
Location - Bangalore
Primary - Technical
Secondary- Sales
Required Profile :
- Must be B.Tech
- Must have provided technical support to the clients.
- Must have prepared specifications.
- Must from same Industry only.
- Must have active contacts with architects, builders, fade consultants, and fabricators.
