Territory Sales Executive - B2B Vertical - Paint (1-8 yrs)

"The purpose of this role, as the face of the company, is to act as an interface between the company and the customers (Commercial Transport (CT) and Light Industrial Coatings (LIC)). The incumbent is to engage in customer business development and relationship management. This role is responsible for meeting sales targets (volume and value based) in a defined territory and managing receivables.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales Target:

- Meet sales targets for paint/adjacencies products (value/volume based)

- Micro sales planning and sales forecasting

- Make timely collections and ensure account reconciliation.

- Raise credit notes.

Market Development

- Understand industries consuming paints.

- Suggest / coordinate to develop products for customer ease of job / economics / upgrade end finish.

- Capable of conducting trails and reporting outcomes.

- Win new customers and develop dealers.

- Gather market information and track competition.

- Retain existing customers (Industries/dealers)

Customer Relationship Management

- Ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers (Industries / dealers)

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for the company.

- Ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers (Industries / dealers)

- Provide technical services to customers with assistance from the trainers.

- Ensure speedy resolution of technical issues faced by customers.

Reports

- Routine MIS activities (Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork)"
