Territory Sales Executive - Auto Parts/Ancillary (1-7 yrs)
Job Description :
Key Result Area :
- Grow TGP business in assigned territory by leading and guiding distributor MSR team. Generate demand for TGP through Tata Gurus, Re-borers and Key Accounts and performing the following :
- New Mechanic/Re-borers addition to Guru program/Engine Experts Program Increase Active (Purchased TGP) Gurus and Engine Experts
- Organize BTL activities as Uphaar Mela, Mechanic meets, Surveyor meet, Re-borers meet, key account technician meet, trainings etc.
- Monitor & review MSR Beat for weekly coverage and increase beat productivity
- Mapping Gurus to retailers and ensure stocking of TGP with the help of DSR/ APM Promotion of New Parts/Focused Parts introduced and increase fitment
- Resolve technical queries of Gurus directly or with the help of Techline
- Identify the loyal Gurus and Garages, ensure coverage for Garage Branding (SOP WIP) Train the MSRs/Gurus regularly and repeatedly
- Increase mechanics, Re-borers, Key Account Satisfaction Index Collect competition feedback
Qualifications:
Bachelor/ Diploma in engineering (Mechanical/ Automobile/ Industrial)
Past experience in Retail Sales or Automotive Service/ Parts business - Preferred Good communication and selling skills
