Territory Sales Executive - Auto Parts/Ancillary (1-3 yrs)
Job Position : Territory Sales Executive (TSE)

Job Location : Mumbai ( Mulund & Chembur), Hyderabad, Pune, Nashik, Indore, Rohtak

Target Companies : Marico, Nestle, Loreal, JnJ, Mars, Cadbury, ITC, Zydus, Parle etc., etc.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation :
- Identify potential customers within the assigned territory through market research, referrals, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads and prioritize them based on their likelihood to convert.
2. Sales Presentations :
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Communicate the value proposition of the company's products or services effectively.
3. Customer Acquisition :
- Close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
4. Account Management :
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
5. Territory Planning :
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Sales Reporting :
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the sales manager or director.
- Use CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
7. Collaboration :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns within the territory.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., customer support, product development) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2) Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in a B2B or B2C sales environment.
3) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5) Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
6) Knowledge of the industry or products/services being sold is a plus.
Additional Requirements :
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the territory.
- Availability for occasional travel to attend conferences, trade shows, or meetings.
