Territory Sales/Channel Sales/Business Development Role - FMCG (0-5 yrs)
- Achieve product sales targets across all products through a focused approach in different segments.
- Ensure targeted contribution of new products to the overall sales of the assigned territory.
- Effectively launch, penetrate and establish products in the territory.
- Identify new markets and segments through focused and continuous business development initiatives.
- Monitor and report relevant market and business intelligence like market development, competition analysis, pricing and scheme strategies, etc.
- Liaison and influence specifiers and influencers resulting in approvals of the new product category.
- Build effective relations with major customers, stockists, agents, specifiers, etc. resulting in sales of new products.
- Generate inquiries for new products through effective business development initiatives.
- Identify and meet new projects in the region enabling enquiry generation.
- Provide technical support on products to the regional sales team.
- Monitor and review sales and contribution of products to the overall sales of the region.
- Co-ordinate and liaison with all internal stakeholders like sales, technical support, marketing, etc. to provide relevant and customized solutions to the customer.
- MIS and reporting as per organizational objectives and needs.
