Territory Manager - Sales - Used Car Loans (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver month on month targets of Loan Disbursals of Used Car Loan
- Achieve key business matrices of IRR, Fee Income, Cross- Sell and Business Mix
- Collect Bucket X bounce cases and maintain the desired resolution%
- Track and update PDD - Post Disbursal Documents/ RC with Hypothecation of HFCL
- Identify, hire, train, manage and motivate the team as per budget headcount allocated.
- Assist in sale of repossessed stock to minimize the loss.
- Comply with all laid down company's guidelines and policies.
- Build a network of channel partners/ DSAs/Dealers to source business.
- Do direct business target through team of retainers.
- Ensure proper service is given to channel partners to build harmonious relationship and grow the business.
- Track and report competition activities as part of market intelligence.
- Review and control the portfolio of the location
- Ensure Quality control on sales, strong supervisory control on the team.
- Managing customer complaints/grievances
