Territory Manager - Sales - University (8-12 yrs)
Position : Territory Manager
Role description :
- To promote the distance learning courses of the University. The TM will be responsible for the performance of 5-7 branches / teams in terms of target achievement, student services, upkeep, compliance and reporting.
- He / she will be expected to divise sales plans, budgets & execution strategies; lead from the front in their execution and achieve the sales targets.
- He will act as guide and mentor for the front line teams and as the source for market developments and information for the management.
Qualifications :
A) Preferably post graduation qualifications in Management, Commerce/Finance/Accountancy or social sciences
B) Local knowledge
C) Proven leadership and administrative skills
D) Internet and computer savy
E) Comfort with numbers and statements]
Experience :
- Total 8 to 12 years in sales or marketing, of which minimum 6 years in managerial / team leading capacity and the latest 3 years in a similar capacity.
- 3- 4 years of experience in Education Industry is mandatory.
Preferred industry background : FMCG, Telecom, Banking, Financial services, Insurance, Media, Space selling, Education, etc.
Age : 30 to 38 years
Salary and incentives : CTC up to 55000 / depending on the candidate's background plus reimbursement of field expenses
