Territory Manager - Sales - Two Wheeler Finance (5-10 yrs)

Designation: Territory Sales Manager
Product: Two wheeler Finance
Location: Mumbai, Jalgaon & Ahmedabad
Managing a team to ensure sales & penetration as per the target.Maintain & improve the relationship with the dealer/s & address issues/queries .
Key Performance Areas :
Sales Targets :
- Achieving the sales target in the assigned territory/geography
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the bank's presence across the geography and ensure its strong presence
Team management :
- Manage the recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of outsourced sales team
- Liaisoning with the service provider for onboarding, attendance reporting and timely salary payout of outsourced sales staff
- Conducting periodic performance Reviews with the sales team and making course corrections when required
- Establish sales reporting mechanisms and following the reporting formats given from time to time.
Relationship management :
- To create an excellent relationship with all two-wheeler point of sale outlets (Dealers/ dealer branches)
- Ensuring approval and disbursement TAT in all channels
- Ensuring timely payouts as promised to the dealers
Customer Management :
- Minimize customer complaints with regard to customer acquisition.
- Ensuring the EMI payments in all FEMI cases
- Field level coordination with the collections team in building a healthy portfolio
