Territory Manager - Sales - School Partnership (2-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, educators, and key decision-makers to promote our products and services.

- Market Expansion: Identify and target new schools in the assigned cities, presenting tailored solutions that meet their educational needs.

- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation, closing deals, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute city-specific strategies to maximize market penetration and product adoption in the education sector.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and support teams to align on goals, share insights, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Travel & Territory Management: Regular travel to assigned cities to manage relationships and oversee the implementation of our solutions in partner schools.

- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales metrics, market trends, and partnership outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, partnership management, or business development, preferably within the EdTech or Publication industry.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.

- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation & deal-closing skills with a focus on long-term relationship building.

- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple cities and school partnerships simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.

- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, digital communication platforms, and an understanding of the latest trends in education technology.

- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively to different cities as part of the role.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous experience working with schools in a B2B capacity within the EdTech or Publication sectors.

- Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and driving sales in multiple territories.

- Strong network within the education sector.
