Purpose of the Job
The incumbent in this role will be responsible for regional P&L for assigned vertical / Business which will be through Sales Managers and Relationship Managers
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)
- Responsible for managing overall Individual business line for assigned business verticals / Branches which involves business development, sales, relationship management, operational and training support, identifying new business opportunity and meeting overall target assigned for the entire business vertical/s in terms of new business and renewals along with Issuance and Pending
- Responsible to establish productive, professional relationship with key personnel of assigned business vertical/s.
- Responsible to proactively lead strategic planning process to develop mutual performance objectives and deliverables.
- Responsible to review monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly business numbers with the management of BALIC and business vertical/s team and design and execute path correction plans, if required.
- Responsible to drive initiatives with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets
- Responsible for compliant business practices and ensuring that business vertical/s employees comply with ethical business practices for Insurance sale.
- Ability to lead a large team of sales employees and deal with people with diverse background, experience and seniority. Should be able to lead and guide the entire team of assigned business vertical/s for insurance Individual business

Must have: Graduate / Post Graduate
Work Experience
Must have: Should have at least 9+Years of Experience. Preferred -understanding or exposure to Individual Insurance products or Group Business is desirable. Desirable to have channel management experience with retail sales exposure
