Position: Territory Manager - Banca

Reporting to:
Regional Head
Context: Achieve Sales Targets assigned for the Territory by Supervising and Motivating a team of 12-15 FLS
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with team on leads provided to them.
- Allocate and manage leads for team.
- To be responsible for individual team members and overall team targets.
- Responsible for Quality of Business and Persistency.
Required qualifications and experience :
Any Graduate or Post-Graduation with preferably 5 to 7 years of life insurance sales experience.
Knowledge and skills desired :
- Knowledge and experience in life insurance industry.
- At least 2 years at a supervisory level.
