Territory Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are seeking a talented and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager.
Job Roles and Duties :
- Training and coaching financial advisors
- Assessing the team member's performance
- Visit the assigned location as and when required
- Understanding the needs and requirements of customers in the assigned region
- Presenting to the customer about the product and services offered by the organization
- Meeting the company expectations
- Taking feedback from the customers on a timely basis.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers.
Interview Process :
1. Online Assessment/Telephonic Interview
2. HR Round (Telephonic)
3. Face to Face Interview with Line Manager.
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Work Experience: 2 + Years in Sales and Marketing
- Age: 24 to 38 Years
- Present excellent sales skills
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Powerful negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
