Job Description :
- Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents
- Ensure retention of Agent and Advisors by formulating their development plans.
- Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
- The candidates will be assigned a territory where they have to generate sales by recruiting agents.
They do not have to report to the office on a regular basis. The company will be providing a Tab, through which the candidates will look after the attendance
