Job Description
- Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents
- Ensure retention of Agent and Advisors by formulating their development plans.
- Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
Education
- Graduation degree mandatory
Experience
- Experience of 1 yr as Sales / Business Development mandatory
- Loan sales / insurance sales / Mutual fund sales exp will also work
- Candidates with Health Insurance background will consider
- Sales experience should be from General Insurance / Life insurance
