Territory Manager - Sales - Gold Loan (5-10 yrs)
Job Summary :
- Candidate should be currently based out in Mumbai and should have good knowledge of Mumbai location and market trends.
- Should be willing to work in a startup and take responsibility to make his own team and generate good revenue on a monthly basis. Should have a good customer portfolio in the Gold loan industry and currently associated with Gold loan companies only. Will be responsible to set up a new branch in Mumbai in coordination with our management.
Experience :
- 5 yrs to 10 yrs of experience as Sales/Business Development in Banking/Financial Services/Insurance mandatory
- Should have Gold Loan Sales Background
Location : Powai, Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Should manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business of its branch.
- Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
- Systematic planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
- Coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
- Collection Management : Ensure timely interest collection by branches and recovery of over dues as per targets, guiding branches to minimize NPA status of accounts as well as auction.
- Lead generation : Plan and drive marketing campaigns or activities for branches to generate leads ensure updating in Lead management module (both activity and call center lead) and effective follow up and conversion
