Territory Manager - Sales - FMCG (6-12 yrs)
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for their assigned territory
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the territory
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the territory
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and other performance metrics
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and other relevant information
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales and marketing activities within the territory
- Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as product development and customer service, to ensure that the needs of customers within the territory are being met
- Participating in industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the company and its products or services
- Travelling throughout assigned territory to train and guide company sales representative
- Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred
- Proven experience working as a territory sales manager
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Team handling experience required
