Sales Development Achieve Sales numbers/collections Creating Sustainable customer Satisfaction Developing new and existing key and other accounts in the territory & accountable to deliver business objectives for the territory. Receivables management.

Key Activities

- To develop business in the allotted geography/segments thru & cold calls to generate interest'; 'understanding customer needs & understanding JD products and how Can they be used to meet customer needs to his satisfaction.

- Ability to demonstrate value in the proposition and close the sale. Ability to conceptualize and develop the complete solution for the customer to generate business Development and delivering of presentations and proposals.

- Sound understanding of the commercial environment. Managing distributors. Maintaining the basic sales function of the territory. 


- Maintain & maximize the sales with the customer group. Timely collection of payments. 


- Continuous opportunity spotting and move to close these on a regular basis. Carrying out performance /prove- in trials.

- Basic customer service by providing technical support to the customer. Problem solving during performance issues.

-Maintaining regular service visits /reports. Maintaining a positive customer perception for JD.


- Owner of the customer account within JD in all aspects. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the customer& processes and their Cleaning & Hygiene needs.
