Territory Manager - Sales - EdTech (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
We're looking for a results-driven, highly motivated and well-spoken Sales Manager to actively seek out and engage with our customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every school in order to boost top-line revenue growth, school acquisition and engagement levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Present, promote, and sell BE English blended solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective schools, winning key stakeholders not limited to the school principals and teachers.
- Build and Maintain a healthy database of schools, and learners.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Set exemplary standards in meeting sales ensuring that high standards are met in delivery and service for BE school solutions.
- Support sales & marketing initiatives for the assigned locations as and when required.
- Reach out and Product Presentation to schools through visits, reach out through professional networking, cold-calling, and customer relationship management techniques.
- Gain expertise in the School Onboarding and training process.
- Coordinate and Manage the School Onboarding operation.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Operations/MBA Preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing in EdTech industry
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively with sales management, sales representatives, marketing managers and other cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
