Territory Manager - Sales - BFSI (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets and enhance branch performance.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue in the banking channel.
- Mentor and train team members to ensure high levels of performance and compliance.

Must-Have Requirements :
- Proven experience in life insurance sales.
- Minimum of two years in a team leadership role, demonstrating effective management skills.
