Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Appoint and manage distributors, channel partners, and retailers.
- Conduct regular market visits and partner meetings.
- Provide timely sales reports and market feedback.
- Lead and mentor field sales executives.
- Monitor daily operations, track KPIs, and ensure target achievement.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.
