Job description :
- Merchant acquisition and Offline sales
- Responsible for overall volume growth from their region
- Upholding high brand values
Educational Qualifications : Any Graduate
Experience :
- Years of experience in Merchant acquisition and Offline sales (TSM - 4-6 Years)
- Prior experience in Merchant and brand acquisition
- Candidates from Fintech, Consumer Durables, Mobiles and Banking would be preferred
- Must be Aggressive, hustler and hungry for growth
Key duties & responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving revenues from the assigned region
- Build a pipeline of Corporate Customers and engage with them to bring closures
- Build business plan to achieve weekly/monthly targets with Inside Sales Team to assign,
- Follow-up and close the leads
- Responsible for ensuring Product Training to the Customer
- Submitting Daily Sales Report to managers
- Hiring Locations: Mostly All tier 1 & 2 Tier cites
- Specific industry from where we can find candidates
- Experiences in Mobility, consumer durables, Mobiles, health care & education will be an added advantage.
- People from merchant acquiring background be it bank or big aggregators like Pine labs who have owned a large merchant base.
