Territory Manager - Sales - Bank (6-12 yrs)
- Generate Revenue by driving business from a team of Sales Persons (4-8 Nos) (3-5 Bank Branches would be assigned per Sales Persons) .
- Manage, Train, Develop & Mentor a Team of Sales Persons to increase their productivity.
- Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Banca team.
- Building a good relationship with Bank's Cluster / Regional Head, Branch Manager & allied staff to achieve Cluster sales target.
- Build a good relationship with Staff to extract customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell.
- Conduct periodical performance reviews for team members and implement performance improvement plans to enhance team productivity.
- Experience in team handling in bancassurance channel is a must.
- Good track record is must.
- Must have worked in the territory.
