Territory Manager - Sales - Bancassurance (6-12 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
1.To sell insurance products through the assigned bank branches by building long term relationship with the bank & providing complete after sales services to HNI clients.
2.Cascade the incentive programs & ensure complete success in implementation of the same
3.Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document
4.Build a good customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell, Obtain referral to further prospects where appropriate.
5.Accept & follow up on suggestions, request & complaints received from clients, ensure claim requests are serviced
6.Participate in relevant training arranged by the company, take initiative to keep abreast of developments in products & services, company policies, procedures, sales process & organization.
7.Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team where requested by the sales manager by coaching them in company knowledge, products, services & selling skills, accompanying them on client visits & modeling relevant behavior.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1. Age below 38 yrs
2. At least 2 year of Team Handling experience in Bancassurance
3. Good Communication Skill
4. Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.
5. Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude
6. High on Honesty and Integrity
7. Ready to Stretch and Achieve.
8. Should be presently working.
