Territory Manager - Sales - Affordable Housing (6-8 yrs)
One of our client Mahindra Rural Housing Finance looking out for a Territory Manager for our Affordable Housing vertical in Lucknow. This position will be based at Bhopal office. Kindly find below the roles and responsibilities for the role. The person must have 6 - 8 yrs of experience of relevant industry experience; of which 5 - 6 years must be in the Housing Finance industry. Individual must be from an Affordable Housing background or Housing background.
The candidate must be a post graduate. The salary is negotiable.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and generate business for the state
- Track performance of team and initiate corrective action where required
- Ensure collection of Pre - EMI and Regular EMI
- Ensure TAT for disbursement
- Visit property (sites) and ensure that the constructions are happening as per schedule
- Ensure smooth coordination with Legal, Credit and Technical team
- Ensure conducting of marketing initiatives of the organization
- Channel management & development like: Identification of field staff, Training, Grievance handling, Motivation, Guidance
- Monitor collection performance at the profit centers
- Guide the sales team to complete the files as per guidelines
- Complete control of NPA and overdue cases sourced by team and their overall reduction to minimum
- Assess, train & keep track of team's capabilities w.r.t. selling techniques, understanding of business processes & credit parameters
- Monitor the competitors market activities and recommend future strategies
- Customer service - Attending to customer inquires / grievance on a timely basis, monitoring and redressing customer grievances and finding solutions for the chronic issues.
