Territory Manager - Sales (5-7 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee sales operations and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, channel sales, and sales operations, with a proven track record in managing teams and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Manage relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess the performance of the sales team and provide coaching and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior management.
- Drive the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team to enhance their performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, or sales operations, preferably in the Telecom, Education, Banking, or Insurance sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
