Territory Manager - Project Sales - Electrical Product (4-7 yrs)
We have an urgent job opening for the role of Project Sales - Territory Sales Manager in Mumbai location for a French MNC (Electrical Industry).
Experience: 3- 9 Years
We are looking for people with following experience:
- Ensure targeted contribution of new products to the overall sales as per desired contribution.
- Implement and effectively execute strategic business objectives of the organization.
- Establish new products in the region and consolidate market share of existing products by creating local sales strategies aligned to the organizational strategy.
- Continuously work towards identifying new markets, expanding geographies and segments through focussed and continuous business development initiatives.
- Ensure trade discounting percentages are maintained at the optimum level facilitating profitability for the organization.
- Ensure customer SLA's are met enabling an enhanced customer experience leading to customer delight and customer stickiness.
- Achieve the 'daily sales outstanding' (DSO) at the desired and expected levels.
- Identify and report relevant market development, competition analysis, pricing and scheme strategies, etc.
- Ensure strict compliance towards customer documentation in line with the organizational policies.
- Build effective relations with major customers, stockists, agents, specifiers, panel builders, etc.
- Ensure seamless co-ordination between the sales, specification and retail teams..
- Effectively deliver within the approved budgets and resources.
- Design and organize local promotional strategies through participation in exhibitions/fairs/stockist meetings/electrician meets/architects and interior designer meets, etc.
