Territory Manager - Franchise Operations & Sales (4-10 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager - Franchise Operations and Sales to oversee and expand our franchise operations in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise management, sales, and business development, with the ability to drive growth and ensure the success of franchisees within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Management : Manage and support the operations of franchisees within the assigned territory, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Provide ongoing guidance and support to franchise owners to enhance business performance.

Sales Growth : Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the territory. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and work with franchisees to meet sales targets.

Business Development : Expand the franchise network by identifying potential franchisees, conducting market research, and executing effective franchise recruitment strategies. Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements.

Performance Monitoring : Regularly review and analyze franchise performance, including sales reports, financial statements, and customer feedback. Provide recommendations for improvement and work with franchisees to implement action plans.

Training and Development : Organize and deliver training programs for franchisees and their teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to operate effectively. Focus on sales techniques, customer service, and operational excellence.

Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the territory. Provide insights and strategic recommendations to the senior management team.

Customer Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the territory. Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Brand Promotion : Ensure that franchisees adhere to brand guidelines and standards. Work with the marketing team to promote the brand and increase visibility within the territory.

Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on franchise operations, sales performance, and market conditions to senior management. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- 4-10 years of experience in franchise operations, sales, or business development.

- Strong understanding of franchise business models and operations.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
