Territory Manager - Distribution (6-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
Purpose of the role:
Achieve growth in defined territory through distribution management and increasing market penetration.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets through the distribution network in defined region / segment.
- Manage and coach existing distributors to formulate their growth plans.
- Identify new areas/platforms to expand the distribution network.
- Promote new product offerings or special schemes to achieve sale growth.
- Ensure distributor compliance with company's policies, branding, etc.

Candidate Profile
- Incumbent should be good in handling distributor sales
- Must have handled at least 6-7 distributors
- Person will be handling a business volume of 40 crore.
- He/She will be handling areas like Coimbatore, Selim, Trichy & entire Kerala
- He/She will be dealing with 20 -25,000 customers.
- Should have experience of handling a sales team, team size should be 10 -12
- Language - Must know Tamil language, Malayalam would be an added advantage
- In-depth connect with the distributors
- Nurture strategic relationships with key accounts to become long term trusted partner to the customer
- Job requires 12-15 days traveling a month
- Good Communication Skills
