Job Responsibilities :
- Develop strategy for acquisition of merchants,retailers from various segments.
- Responsible for sourcing, generating ; closing new acquisition signing leads.
- Handle a team of Field Sales Executive & set their daily, weekly & monthly targets.
- Coach & mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management.
- Planning, formulating and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
- Should be prepared to travel across the city to develop a market.
- Achieving sales targets.
Key Competencies :
- 5-6 years of relevant experience into sales & team handling
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
