Territory Manager - DIrect Channel - Insurance (5-10 yrs)
As a Territory Manager for the Direct Channel at PNB MetLife, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals within your assigned territory. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and ensuring high performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals in your territory.
Team Development : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of direct sales representatives, including recruiting, training, and evaluating performance.
Market Analysis : Identify and target new business opportunities, and build and nurture strong client relationships.
Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day operations within the territory, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Performance Tracking : Monitor sales metrics and generate reports to assess performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the insurance sector or direct sales environment.
Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
