- Responsible for profitable business delivery and growth for the assigned unit with the designated sales force.

3. Principal Accountabilities (Accountabilities associated with the job)
Sales :
- Responsible to drive business through RP/Insurance consultants/PosP and to ensure location meet its monthly/quarterly & annual business targets.
- Training & Development of RPs, Insurance Consultant & PosP's to ensure sales team in fully equipped with Company products, compensation, market/industry updates.
- Plan and execute activities/strategies which can improve business.
- Responsible for constant recruitment of Insurance Consultant by coordinating with RPs.
- Ensure RPs are hired as per approved budget and everyone achieves goal sheet.
- To build a robust and profitable distribution network of RP- s, IC's and Posp's.
- To build a Roadmap to plan, achieve his target and expand by achieving his Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual targets in various parameters like Manpower, NB premium, product mix, persistency, RP, IC & Posp's Hiring and Activisation, club up gradation etc and business quality.
Sales review :
- To implement sales strategy and ensure productivity of the field force through strong monitoring mechanisms
- Periodically conduct reviews with own team to monitor progress on set objectives, track deviations and provide recommendations on course correction to ensure achievement on each parameters.
- Daily call monitoring of RPs and doing joint calls for smooth execution of business.
Support & Service :
- To ensure all support/service is rendered to the customer by coordinating with HO/Regional departments and maintain fair & good relationship with the customers.
- Responsible to implement new changes/process implementing by the organization to the team.
- Ensure customer complaints/grievance are addressed.
Goal Setting with partner :
- Allocate and cascade targets to the team, basis evaluation of business potential and team capabilities across territory managed.
- Provide guidance in chasing/ converting/ generating business from RP's of the territory.
Team Building :
- Ensure RPs are recruited as per the budget
- Ensure team members achieve their goal sheet and support them for career development.
- Facilitating constant rewards & recognition for team members.
- Ensure team members complete their training Mandays

- Attrition of RPs
- New RP recruitments.
- CO exist profitably as all locations have existing completion internally(Other sales channel of BALIC) and externally(Other Companies)
- Challenging product mix

- Recruitment decision for RP's, IC's and PosP's recruitment
- Planning and strategizing BOP's for the regions

Educational Qualifications :

- Minimum Qualification required: Graduate/Post- Graduate
- Work Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of Team handling experience.
- Preferably from Insurance or financial Industry
- Require excellent communication skill and team handling skills.
- Age should not be more than 30-36.
