Job Description:
- Implementation of policies and standards as per the service policy guidelines
- Ensuring process and standard operating procedures as per the service policy.
- Redressal of customer complaints in stipulated time.
- Improvement of service reporting at workshop in the territory.
- Increasing the Parts business in the territory.
- Network expansion to penetrate into the rural market and reach to the customers door steps
- Product feedback in terms of technical reports.
- Service promotional activities to increase service reporting's in the workshops
- Safety promotional activities to increase awareness on road safety.
- Competition and market feedback.
- Warranty and Free service submission and settlement.
