- Need candidate who is based out Karnataka preferred from North Karnataka to handle the LPG cylinder sales .
- The role need for handling the distributors and customer.
- The shortlist candidate will undergo psychometric test.
- Good communication in English and kannanda .
- Candidate Oil & Gas, FMCG,Paint Industry, Tyre etc. handling channel Management is preferred.
- The candidate should be very good in academics that is 80% above in 10th Standard and should be Engineering back ground only (BE -Mechnaical/Electrical/Chemical).MBA is added advantage not mandatory.
- We don- t select candidate who are just graduate for this position.
Experience : 2 years plus.
The key indicators looking in the profile of the Sales Executive.
- To handle 10 to 12 distributor .Grow the existing distributors and add new distributors.
- coordination with distributors, customers and plants .
- Follow up of payment and resolving issues related customer
- Surpass the target that is set.
CTC 5 lacs to 6 lacs based on the experience and competency.
